Patagonia Property Trust finally got its official start in late 2005, when Pamela Bertrand, an American living in Argentina since 2000, wanted to formalize the "assistance" that she was giving tourists that had been approaching her about purchasing property in Buenos Aires after the financial crisis of 2002.

In 2005, Ms. Bertrand moved to the Patagonia, where she has "found her place in the world"... and began putting together a powerful team with the knowledge, contacts and legal ease necessary to become a world-class advisor in Patagonia Real Estate.

Her team consists of veteran real estate attorneys, notarys ("escribanos") and accountants who have worked with real estate in the Patagonia region for more than 10 years, not to mention an elite group of architects and construction engineers that only work on the best projects available.  Her property scouts are the best in the business at finding deals for our clients to purchase and resell for a profit, performing (real) due diligence in a relatively "cloudy" arena, making "appropriate" offers, negotiating "win-win" situations and closing deals quickly! 

The opportunities are endless and the Patagonia Property Trust team is always there to "educate, investigate, appropriate and negotiate" for all of our clients, no matter what their ambitions are, in dealing with real estate in the Patagonia.
