Process to Buy Property

1.  Patagonia Property Trust searches for and locates what our clients are looking for, whether it be for personal use or for investment purposes and then notifies our client(s) immediately.

2.  Our client then receives all of the facts, details, contracts, etc from our team to make a decision.  We schedule a conference call to discuss the project and its different options and decide upon the next steps.

3.  If our client decides to move forward, Patagonia Property Trust will then set up a Fiduciary Trust (called a "fideicomiso" in Spanish), which will act as the escrow agent in the transaction and legally "hold" the property until all the necessary paperwork clears for full ownership by our client. 

4.  The price quoted to our clients for any purchase will have all of the ancillary costs built into it, so that our clients do not have to worry about handling any of the paperwork, meetings, etc, nor be "nickel and dimed" to death!  A detailed report is provided for each purchase made, outlining all of the costs involved. 

5.  The purchase is made and the Trust pays the owner of the property (or the construction company to begin work) and the process is complete.
