Our Fees:
We are not a real estate agency or brokerage firm.
We are a consultancy firm that assists buyers
in the purchase and management of property within the Patagonia.
Due to the culture and the way real estate is managed in South America,
it is very important to recognize that it is nothing like what you are accustomed to in the United States or Europe, therefore foreign buyers
are at the mercy of the sellers and brokers here, "on their turf".
Do not fall victim to this process...
but rather have a smooth, positive and profitable experience
by hiring Patagonia Property Trust to help you every step of the way.
We do not charge brokers fees,
nor take a percentage of the sale or purchase.
Although we may contact local real estate brokers and agencies,
we are not affiliated in any way directly with them.
We have only the buyer's interest in mind.
We charge a one-time procurement fee*. That is all.
This covers our undivided assistance
from the beginning of the process to the end.
If further or ongoing assistance is necessary, such as property management, oversight of new construction, etc, we charge a very reasonable monthly fee* based on our level of involvement.
Don't worry, it won't break the piggy-bank...
